The Republicans party leadership on Wednesday decided to kick out their party chief Eric Ciotti after he appealed for an electoral alliance between his party's candidates and the far-right National Rally. Despite the unanimous decision, Ciotti insisted that he was still head of the party and has threated to take legal action. FRANCE 24's Claire Paccalin reports.
