The French far right led by National Rally (RN) on Sunday, contrary to expectations, lost France's second round of legislative elections according the projections. While RN has managed to improve its image after Marine Le Pen took over the party from her father and founder Jean-Marie Le Pen, the far right party remains a party that “scares quite a lot of French people”, FRANCE 24's Philip Turle said in an analysis.
