French President Emmanuel Macron and his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky are due to give a press conference Friday at the Élysée Palace, a day after Macron said his country would provide Ukraine with an unspecified number of Mirage-2000 fighter jets. Zelensky earlier warned that "Europe is no longer a continent of peace" in a morning address to the French parliament.
