French President Emmanuel Macron said Friday that he wanted Kyiv's EU accession talks to start "by the end of the month" as he hosted Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky for discussions in Paris. Zelensky earlier warned that "Europe is no longer a continent of peace" in a morning address to the French parliament.
